Together in the year 2008 we are celebrating our 20th anniversary
serving northwest Iowa and southeast South Dakota.
We
are a full service firm for all of your residential, farm, acreage and
commercial real estate needs. Our office is located at 214 Reed Street
in the main business district of Akron, Iowa.
Don Feauto, our principal broker, has owned and operated the agency for
20 years. Don and Deb started the business together in
1988. Their son, Lee Harding, joined the business in 1996.
